We’ve been listening to those every day, familiar queries of yours — and hope to save you that bit of extra time when making your order.
If you are looking ahead for catering and getting organised, we provide options for corporate meetings, events and training sessions for businesses. We also cater for parties and social gatherings. So do have a browse and see if you can get your FAQ answered below.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we deliver to our catering clients for orders over 5 people for food. Please note that we are only able to deliver within CV1-CV7 postcodes. For deliveries to Leamington, Warwick, Rugby, and Nuneaton, our minimum order is 10 people for food orders.
Q: Is there an additional delivery fee?
A: No, all of our prices include delivery to your location/offices.
Q: How many people can you cater for?
A: Baxter Baristas can provide catering for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum number of 200.
Q: Do you offer regular pre-order options?
A: We absolutely do. We currently provide a range of offices and businesses in and around Coventry, with pre-ordered, regular breakfast and lunch services. So, whether that be weekly, monthly or otherwise, you can rely on our service to regularly deliver fresh, quality produce, on time, and with great customer service.
Q: How much notice do you need before I can place an order?
A: You can confirm your catering order up to 48 hours in advance, so if time is of the essence and your catering was the last bit to organise, we just need those two days to get everything sorted to perfection for you. However, please aim for as much notice as possible for those larger orders!
Q: Do you have set menus which we can choose from?
A: Yes, we have a range of tasty pre-set menus that offer a variety of fresh goods, including a great range of sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls, chicken goujons, salads, pastries, desserts and more. They are also suited and designed to cater (pardon the pun!) to a variety of budgets and requirements.

Q: Can you cater for food requirements and allergies?
A: Yes, we totally can. That includes Vegetarian – Pescetarian -Vegan – Gluten Free-Allergies.
We can cater for more specific requirements. Aim to give us clear details and as much notice as possible to ensure we can arrange this for you on time.
HOWEVER: Please refer to our Allergen Policy Notice too, as our beverage and food items are produced using shared equipment and utensils.
Q: How far can I book in advance?
A: We can take bookings for dates up to 18 months away.
Q: Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery?
A: Yes, this is all included in the price as standard. All of our buffets are finger food, so they won’t necessarily need cutlery. However, we can provide this where necessary.
Q: Do you provide staff for service and clean-up?
A: This is not included in the price. However, we can provide staff for this if needed; please enquire.
Q: What is your Food Hygiene Rating?

Q: How long have you been providing a catering service for?
A: For the whole time we have been open, 18 years. We are very experienced and knowledgeable in what we do.

A: You have two main options for ordering catering with us at Baxter Baristas.
